WE FACE THE
FRONT LINES FOR
FREEDOM

Missouri ranks #4 in the nation for human trafficking.

Magnolia Ministry’s mission is to walk alongside those who are being exploited or trafficked, and those vulnerable to exploitation and trafficking, as they find safety, healing, and freedom.

We are confronting a crisis in our own community.

It’s estimated that only 1% of trafficking survivors have been identified, and approximately 65% of survivors seeking services in Missouri are between ages 12 and 25.

Missouri’s network of highways, abundance of rural areas, and centralized location make it uniquely useful to traffickers.

This is not an advocacy organization. We are in the field.

Magnolia’s Ministry’s work involves:

  • Intervention: Offering resources and care to those being exploited

  • Prevention: Providing support and preventative education for those at risk

  • Education: Educating the community on trafficking patterns, and what do if you see something suspicious

Send a Care Package

We often bring small care packages to both express care and encourage those being exploited to talk with us. Each care package is an average of $7-$10. We take roughly 20 care packages to vulnerable women each week.

Volunteer

It takes round-the-clock involvement to be able to actively support those in vulnerable or exploitative situations. It is difficult, but important work.

If you’re interested in volunteer opportunities, please contact us.

Interviews, background checks, and training are required.
